website, she features a list of her favorite plants for each year,
articles she has written, and speeches she has given. Her very interesting
blog shares her philosophy of life and makes connections to all

Paul Parent Garden Club

This well known gardening personality has articles from his
shows on topics including horticulture, perennials, annuals, trees,
shrubs, lawns, flowers, herbs, vegetables, cooking, and gardening
supplies. His Sunday morning radio show has been syndicated for
23 years. You can sign up to receive the podcasts if you don't get
up early enough! He organizes garden trips (to Croatia this year),
suggests gifts for gardeners, and includes recipes such as Aunt
Minnie's pickles! There are also a lot of very helpful resources
on the website.

This commercial site has lots of ads. It also has lots of
information and photos and the ability to do searches on specific
topics. Links go to an A to Z plant guide, Bulbs 101, Fall Gardening,
Garden Design, Organic Gardening. There are subgroups for flowers,
Vegetable and Fruit, Pests and Problems, lots of Garden Photo Albums
for Ideas, and videos. One in particular caught my eye: How To Install
A Drip System. Marie's Blog is a very readable section of this site
that deals with so many of my interests.
